Licenciée en kinésithérapie et réadaptation de l’UCL en 2002, Stéphanie a suivi ensuite une année de cours en Faculté de Psychologie (UCL) centrés sur l’enfant et l’adolescent. Elle entame ensuite différentes formations dans le domaine de l’enfance, de la maternité et de l’orthopédie : la microkinésithérapie, la kinésithérapie respiratoire infantile Guy Postiaux, deux ans en pédiatrie (ULB – développement de l’enfant et pathologies ortho-traumatologiques infantiles), la Gymnastique Abdominale Hypopressive de Marcel Cauffriez, une approche pratique de l’obstétrique en Chaines Musculaires GDS–Winkel, la Thérapeutique posturale en salle d’accouchement d’Odette Marnef, la Thérapie manuelle en périnéologie et périnatalité de Marco Trovarelli, la Rééducation Sensorimotrice du bassin de De Keyser, Naitre en Pleine Conscience de Caroline Lesire, le Stretch-Yoga revisité par l’approche posturo-respiratoire de Gasquet, l’utilisation d’outils comme le fitball, Pilates, … au service de la périnatalité. Sa formation en Périnéologie (UCL) s’est imposée comme en évidence en 2015.
Elle assiste depuis 2002 à de nombreux séminaires, congrès, conférences, Glek en Belgique et en France.
Son travail en milieu hospitalier et son expérience en maternité depuis 15 ans on contribué aussi à son approche actuelle de la prise en charge de l’accompagnement à la naissance et la rééducation post-partum et périnéale.
