Après des études universitaires en pédagogie au Chili ( Insitutice Maternelle), j’ai consacré plusieurs années à l’enseignement en maternelle. Cette expérience m’a permis d’observer à quel point le lien entre le corps et l’apprentissage est fondamental dans le développement de l’enfant. Animée par cette réflexion, j’ai décidé de me spécialiser en psychomotricité et j’ai poursuivi un bachelier en thérapie psychomotrice au CESA (Belgique).Diplôme Paramédical.

Passionnée par l’expression corporelle et artistique, j’ai également complété ma formation par un certificat en art-thérapie à Barcelone, ainsi que plusieurs spécialisations en approche sensori-motrice, expression artistique, mime et théâtre appliqués à la petite enfance. Actuellement, je poursuis un Master en sciences de l’éducation, que je clôturerai en juin 2025, afin d’approfondir mes connaissances sur l’apprentissage et l’accompagnement global de l’enfant.

Une approche personnalisée et bienveillante

Depuis plusieurs années, j’exerce en tant que psychomotricienne en école maternelle. Mon objectif est d’accompagner chaque enfant dans la recherche de son propre équilibre, en respectant son rythme, ses besoins et ses attentes. Pour cela, j’associe mes compétences en psychomotricité, en expression artistique et en éducation afin de proposer un accompagnement individualisé qui tient compte du vécu corporel et émotionnel de l’enfant.

Mon approche repose sur une connexion humaine authentique, où l’écoute, l’observation et l’expression corporelle sont au cœur de mon travail. Je commence toujours par un évaluation psychomotrice approfondie, qui me permet d’évaluer différentes compétences et difficultés chez l’enfant ( tonus musculaire et posture, motricité globale et fine, coordination et latéralité, repères spatio-temporels et rythme, image du corps et conscience corporelle, émotions et relation à soi et aux autres, pré-requis scolaires : écriture, graphisme, autonomie).

Un accompagnement ciblé pour un épanouissement global

J’interviens en séance individuelle ou en petits groupes, selon les besoins de chaque enfant. Mon champ d’action est varié et couvre plusieurs dimensions du développement :

  • Domaine affectif : accompagnement dans la gestion des émotions, le renforcement de l’estime de soi, la gestion des angoisses et des troubles de l’attachement.
  • Domaine relationnel et comportemental : aide aux enfants présentant de l’agitation, de l’impulsivité, des difficultés d’interaction sociale ou un repli sur soi.
  • Domaine sensoriel : travail sur l’éveil sensoriel et l’intégration des perceptions pour les enfants ayant des hypersensibilités ou des troubles du traitement sensoriel.
  • Domaine moteur : soutien aux enfants rencontrant des difficultés de coordination, d’équilibre, de repérage spatial ou d’écriture.
