Je suis psychologue clinicienne et sexologue. Je suis également spécialisée en burnout (parental et professionnel) et en périnatalité.

Mon objectif est de vous accompagner avec chaleur, respect, bienveillance et empathie dans un suivi adapté à votre rythme et à vos besoins actuels. Je conçois la thérapie comme un espace sécurisant où nous pouvons travailler ensemble, dans la confiance et le non-jugement, les problématiques et les questionnements qui vous traversent.

Je reçois des adolescent.e.s, des adultes et des couples. Mon approche est essentiellement humaniste. Je suis également formée à l’hypnose conversationnelle stratégique. Cet outil permet de travailler, en douceur, sur les traumatismes et de vous libérer de ce qui ne vous appartient pas/ plus.

A titre d’exemple, nous pouvons travailler :

  • La vie relationnelle et affective
  • Des difficultés sexuelles ou des questionnements en lien avec la sexualité (vaginisme, anorgasmie, dyspareunie, trouble érectile, manque de désir, identité sexuelle, éducation sexuelle…)
  • Les difficultés entourant la périnatalité, du désir d’enfant à sa venue ou non (désir d’enfant(s), PMA, grossesse interrompue ou non menée à terme, grossesse, accouchement, post-partum, deuil, …)
  • La gestion des émotions
  • Le burnout parental et/ou professionnel
  • La recherche de sens
  • La motivation personnelle et professionnelle
  • L’estime de soi
  • Les relations de couple (crises, changements de vie, équilibre, communication, infidélité,…)
  • Des traumatismes divers
  • La communication (de couple, familiale, amicale)
  • La gestion de l’anxiété

Les séances durent entre 50 et 60 minutes. Les premières séances nous permettent d’explorer votre demande et de créer la relation thérapeutique. Ainsi je ne pratique pas l’hypnose dès la première séance puisqu’un « état des lieux » est nécessaire avant de débuter.

Si vous souhaitez un suivi de couple, il est essentiel que votre partenaire soit présent(e) dès la première rencontre. Pour les parents, les bébés sont les bienvenus à la séance (un espace allaitement est prévu dans le centre).
